Yes I shall do just that! Sounds fun, easy, and a good self-learning experience, So here I Go! … Well, eventually, OK really now I am seriously!
it’s a lot easier than I figured it to be and
BONUS- it allows for creativity really they are endless… look here!
I did! And really was on that site way more than I figured I would, why? Cause it was GREAT! I also had a mini stress attack when I was all blaring to go then realized –
“OH SNAP!, this is almost the end of May! I Should have started in January!”
Then I figured to myself why? Yeah January starts the year but oh well who cares! Small minor issue, after looking at the actual monthly questions, I had 3 options:
1. Catch up! Simple 5 months’ worth of 1 daily question to answer! Not hard at all, less you are forgetful at times or more than at times, lol as I am lately!
2. Start your year off at the beginning of the month coming! …use the time until the very beginning of next month to prepare your stuff! Simple!!
3. Wait till January 2017! Start it then, and use the time, all those months to prepare, get creative, and loosen the juices of excitement! Then start counting down till January 1st 20017! To start the 5 year journal. Again simple!
(Well, if you can wait that long to start after checking out her page that is!)
Me? I decided after much time on her page, and much excitement, wonder, and creativity explosions… I fired up my printer, and away I went! I just couldn’t wait till 2017! I decided to just play catch up!
How I approached it:
Ø Printed off all 12 months’ worth of 365 questions, 1 page per month of course!
Ø Then I grabbed a cup of Joe and started to release my inner creative child, more like a monster @ that point so ready to start! It was a natural high really!
Ø I Grabbed my left over not used index card holder, colored index cards , stapler, double sided tape, my “scrap box” I am a clutter free , recycle, up cycle freak I admit it!
Ø And decided simple basic start was best, I could always add creativity later!
(good call actually!)
Ø Then made one index card for title page “5 year journal”
Ø Then started to cut out monthly questions, the size of the index cards, cards so they all fit in the index holder of course!
Ø Making certain to make monthly tabs to divide them all (so twelve, monthly title pages.)
Ø Then stuck them all in the index box in order starting with January of course!
Ø Then realized I did not need all the crafting supplies , I just used scissors, double sided tape to tape the monthly tabs on the index cards!
( My creativity was seriously way over done!
Then I put it in a great noticeable location, so I see it every single day and I work on catching up!
I will add pictures of mine as well as updates monthly here a.s.a.p.!
I really love this idea and totally have been enjoying it as well. And even my 11 year old daughter wants to try it! ( I have to tweak some of the questions for her thou!)

So added bonus the first day I already learned something new about myself!
